It is very likely, the most commonly used page/section type in your site will be “WYSIWYG” - which stands for 'what-you-see-is-what-you-get'.
WYSIWYG pages are 'normal' pages, which can contain formatted text, lists, tables, and graphical elements such as lines and images. You can also add hyperlinks – links to other pages, sites, or to downloadable files you've placed in your “media” directory.

HTMLArea: the default WYSIWYG Editor that ships with WB
WB ships with one single, default, WYSIWYG Editor, called “HTMLArea”. There are, however, several alternative editors, which can be downloaded from our official Add-ons Repository.
You install an editor just like you install any other add-on module – consult Admin->Add-ons->Modules for installation instructions. Once installed, you will have to select it as your new default editor, by going to Admin->Settings->General Settings->WYSIWYG Editor (Advanced).
The WYSIWYG Editors all vary in appearance, as well as functionality – so the commands and option you will have available to you will depend on which one you choose to use. All editors allow you to format text, add horizontal rules, format lists and tables, use special characters, insert images – and create links.

the venerable FCKeditor

the beautiful, feature-packed and easy-to-use Xinha
Pausing your cursor for a few seconds over most of the buttons in any editor will give you the button title, or a short helpful tip. If you have ever used a word-processing package before, many of the options here will be familiar to you.
Most of the editors also have a “Help” button.
You should make your decision for one of the WYSIWYG editors before creating your pages as the editors store the content differently in the WB database. If you switch later on, links or images may not appear correctly.
Which editor to choose?
There is no clear favorite editor for Website Baker. However, the default editor HTMLArea is no longer supported by their developers and shows some bugs in combination with the browser Firefox. The FCKEditor is well integrated into WB and supports most of the common browsers (except Opera). Some other users choose XINHA which has a modern styling and offers the most features. TinyMCE is not well integrated into WB but you may want give it a chance. If you are not sure which editor to use, start with the FCKEditor and then test XINHA. One of both will fit your needs for sure.
